My name is Joe Cafiero and I am a Senior Loan Officer with Superior Home Mortgage. I am celebrating my 10th year in the business. My philiosophy is pretty simple. Listen to the borrower, always communicate, and provide superior service. The rest will take care of itself. With all that we have gone through these last few years, I have learned that we can not control rates or products. We can only control how we treat our customers. On a personal side. My wife Amie and I have been married for 5 years now. We have a 4 month old daughter Sophia and a 6 yr old English Bulldog named Mackenzie. We moved down to Philly from the New York City area about 3 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. For the most part we lead a pretty relaxed lifestyle. You could easily find us splitting a bottle of Red on our back deck or kicking back a few beers at the ball park. Big baseball fan and golf enthusiast.
