About
Co-Owner of Asset Mortgage Group since we opened in 2001. I have been in the mortgage business since 1993. Prior to Asset, I had previously worked for a regional lender which became a national lender. My partners and I took the best practices and procedures we learned from our past experiences and created Asset Mortgage Group. We pride ourselves on individual attention to make sure your loan goes from application to closing with no issues.
We are only licensed in Massachusetts as our commitment is to work closely with our clients in their most important financial transactions of their lives, financing and refinancing their homes.
We are a Massachusetts Mortgage Broker #5221, and I am licensed as a MA Loan Officer #3429.
Outside of the mortgage business, I live in Framingham with my wife, 3 sons, and our dog (a sato from Puerto Rico).

"Rich" commented on Rich's Blog "Loan Officer Licensing and the Banks...".So the story is that the banks came in hard against this idea as they thought their own LO's might not seem so legitiamate compared against a Broker/Lender LO who has gone through education and testing.

Continuing my compliance theme, today I'm talking about licensing and how it came about in MA. Starting in the early 2000's, our state association was pushing for Loan ...
