If you stretch, how do you do it and for how long?

I almost always stretch before I run, bike etc. Just basic stretches I learned in High School PE.

Sometimes if my muscles are groaning, a stretch session will provide relief.

I recently became ADDICTED to indoor rock climbing. It's a great full body workout, not to mention the benefits to the brain :)

In the spring, I plan on taking up jogging again. Not much for running, but jogging I can handle. I also love tennis. To let off steam, I would go up to a practice wall and just practice my serve for half an hour. Great stress reliever.

Staying in shape and eating healthy do wonders!
